Ticket Question

For the people who do stop, How does points on the license work? I got a ticket last night in galveston for
-Disregard red light.
-Unsafe lane change.
-unsafe speed
-Obstructed/unclean rear LP

Have to leave for work in about two weeks was just gonna pay it, or should I fight it was in a group and was one of the 7 who stopped.

If I'm reading it correctly, a conviction on the first three tickets would get you 6 points immediately resulting in a $100 surcharge for the next 3 years.

But yeh, contact Fresnel. NEVER just pay a ticket.

Just for future reference. . Im pretty sure for the 4th charge, the obstructed license plate, u can easily get dismissed if u fix the problem and bring in a picture for proof.
