DA: Homicide detective backdated search warrant in previous job
The Harris County District Attorney's Office has warned prosecutors that an investigator who used to work for the office, and was then hired as a sheriff's homicide detective, backdated a search warrant in a murder case, a DA's Office spokesperson told Local 2 Investigates.
