Cable and Internet Provider?

Who are you guys/gals using. I was using Time Warner for 6 months at $67 (with taxes, fees, etc.) a month. Anyhow, my "trial" offer is over and now they want about 120/month and I ain't gonna pay that much for internet and basic cable/dvr/etc.

Do you think I can threaten them by cancelling to keep the old "trial" pricing? All I know is that 120 sounds way too high for those 2 services.

Thanks,
DBuck

I'm thinking about getting a dish, but not sure if that would be even more money.:eh:

thats what I have had for 5 years now, its kinna high but a dish dvr isnt as good as tw. With tw you can record 2 shows at the same time and watch another recorded show with dish you can only record 1 at a time and cant watch anything else. plus roadrunner is awsome !!

FYI from working for the different cable companies, if you threaten to cancel because your price is going to skyrocket, they will reput you on a special for 6 months to a year. LOL The cable companies are desperate for buisness especially with new launches of other products so they will do anything for buisness right now.

Good luck bro
