Fork Seals

It's time to replace my fork seal (2002 GSXR 1000). Do anybody know how to replace them? I will take them off the bike.

I did it on my '04 gsxr 750. Its not too hard but it is a pain in the . Unless money is real tight I would suggest Motorcycles Unlimited.
However I will be glad to help if I can answer questions.
