In wake of Midwest tornado outbreak, Houston remembers similar event 21 years ago.

Almost 21 years ago to the day of the Midwest's blow from multiple tornadoes, Houston had its own rare tornado outbreak that left its mark on the city.  That outbreak even included an F4 tornado that ripped right through the metropolitan area, causing multiple injuries and destroying scores of homes.
