Astrodome's time likely up as voters nix plan

A day after taxpayers said 'No' to a $217 million dollar bond proposal to rehabilitate the Astrodome, you could hear jackhammers at Reliant Park as workers removed circular ramps and ticket booths.  The rest of the Dome could go next.
