Long time no see

What's going on MH! Long time no see, nor talk---Just got back after a 4 month trip to the Middle-East and Med on the Liberty Promise---and I picked up a new toy while I was still in the middle of the Atlantic--or rather my Father picked her up for me--

I picked up a 2008 Moto Guzzi 1200 Sport with only 9K on the Odo

I still have the KZ, but she's old and need's a rebuild--the #4 Cylinder O-Ring is leaking, the Wiring harness needs to be replaced BADLY after the years and years of splicing and the Rear + Drive Sprocket need to be replaced and I was tired of always worrying what the NEXT big thing to fail would be, so I decided to get a more modern Motorcycle.

And I have to say--I LOVE this bike, It has plenty of torque and power for someone like me who want's a bike that's comfortable to ride on but also offers plenty of realistic power--

As for the KZ---I'm going to tear her apart in a few weeks after I take it out for one last spin to drain the fuel tank--It'll probably be a year or two project but I plan on Re-Building the Engine, Mildly--Largest Cam's possible with the Stock Lifters, New Pistons, Move from a 26 to 28 or 30mm Carbs, Lighter Crank--Bla bla bla---Going to need a whole new wiring harness--Replace all the bearings in the wheel's and swing arm--Basically if it can be replaced and needs it, It'll have it replaced---and as for the Bike as a WHOLE---I'm debating on if I want to turn her into a Naked Cafe bike or an old school Rickman style bike---I'll have to figure all that out after the Engine is complete. Once I start the project and get some actual stuff to post on it, I'll post it up in the Classic/Vintage section of the Forums.

Cya-around MH.

yeah. I thought it'd be like riding with a condescending rossi.
