Surveillance cameras set up in NE Houston to catch illegal dumping

Mayor Annise Parker and District B Council Member Jerry Davis kicked off a pilot project Monday to catch illegal dumping violations by installing five surveillance cameras at undisclosed locations in northeast Houston.
