That doesn't always work either.

A long time cusomer of ours, a student with a very beat up, high mileage 250 Ninja, had his bike stolen awhile back.

That way if it gets stolen, no big deal. Get you a new bike and carry on. Besides who wants their old bike when you are now free to get a new one?

For those of you that live in apartments, make sure your bike is never seen. Keep it in your apartment, garage, storage etc.

No matter where your bike is, put a lock of some sort on it. The more locks the better.

Cover your bike with a bike cover so that it cannot be seen when you park it somewhere. You would be amazed at how well a dull gray cover makes. With todays sportbikes being all flashy and such they demand attention. So covering it up will help conceil it.

If you want the best possibility of recovering your bike, put a lojack on it. So far it has helped catch some theives and recovered several bikes in our area. It freaking works!

I know that most of this will go in one ear and out the other because so many people on here are living in the now rather than living with priorities in mind. So I guess it is a lost cause so don't come crying here when your bike gets stolen, you'll get no sympathy from me.

i keeps it in the patio.

Bringing back the old school.
