Care to elaborate? When a bike/veh is stolen, with no way of tracking it, how would you propose cops handle it?

I would never leave my bike at some apartments with out a garage. If they didnt have a garage I'd get a storage unit for it

NEVER EVER! lucky for me I had a 650R that no one wanted at an apartment. I kept it covered and tucked between the car and a tree but still people knew it was there
