Im using this guy, they have a network of doctors and a pharmacy. You will be going to a chiropractor 3 days a week
you may hate jerry sandusky but at least he drove slow through school zones

Good luck with that, after they spend all your money trying to prove a case, you won't get much. The standard fee in Houston is around 40%. If the guy was insured with minimal liability, then the max is $25,000 per person involved. That would leave you getting $15,000 before all the medical expenses. Now if it was a commercial vehicle, then the payout can be more. Or if he was driving while on the clock.

I debated this when I was paralyzed, my medical insurance took it all. There was nothing else left. So no reason to waste money trying to sue. Your medical insurance, if you have any, will make a claim and they will get paid before you will. You will only get whatever is left over if any. If you don't have insurance, the hospital will file a claim against the insured and will be first in line for any payout. This is why they ask if the reason for the visit was related to a MVA.
