Need size and torque specs!!! HELP!!

Alright guys,
Im about to install my new GPR damper. I cant remember the size of the head bolt or the torque specs for it!!! Im not even sure if it was foot/lbs or inch/lbs???

I need to buy the socket tomorrow, thats why im asking and the torque specs were not in the owners manual.

I just wanna make sure i tighten it to the right torque so anyone who knows the CORRECT answer, i would greatly appreciate it if you help me out on this!

Thanks, Taylor
