The bike turns just like any other motorcycle. The bike only goes as fast as you make it . Leave your ego at home. Dont ride with jackasses and your less likely to turn into one. baby stels dude. I wouldnt blow 2k to just turn around and sell it 2 months later. This debate is silly. You can get just as injured on a ninja 250. both bikes are capable of triple digit speeds so whats the real difference when you crash going that fast. If you are mature enough then buy a 600. If ypu are gonna ride like an idiot dont even buy a bike. All tbese people acting like their 600 are the fastest things on the planet. take your time. learn slowely. get your confidence up and dont go on any rides with anyone for a while. other people will make ypu want to push ypurself. if I were you I would buy an old dirt bike and learn how to take off turn and shift, and brake. after that take msf and pay attention. practice practice practice. wear all your gear, and stayaway from group rides. please dont buy an SV!!!Those are for gays!! And dont buy a yellow suit thats even worse!!!lmao jk trey!
I'm gonna go out on a limb here....GSXR rider?

I haven't ridden with cuong in 6 months but the last time he passed me and walked away from me on that 250 with half as much horsepower More proof for rider over bike.

Ok challen enlighten me plz. Im not doing my research i guess. so 89, 90 maybe???????? Tell me the top speed and I will validate my point to you!
I'll bite...for one it's not about top speed, it's about acceleration...and that 250 isn't going to hit those upper numbers as quick as a 600 does.

Life's tough. Wear a helmet.

You may be one of those people (not saying you are, but you might be) who think the throttle is the only part of the machine that can get you into trouble. That would be an incorrect assumption.

Imagine shaving with the sharpest blade you've ever handled. Nervous? Good, then you're not too stupid to ride a motorcycle.

You're going to crash. I don't know when. If I did I'd tell you. Try to be as close to 0 MPH as possible when you do, and pick a soft spot to land on.

Good luck, brother. There's no way to make a motorcycle safe. It will do exactly what you tell it to do (assuming you maintain it properly). The only thing you can do is make yourself a safe(r) rider. And don't forget that not a single driver can see you, and every single one of them wants to kill you.

Have fun.

I will put it to you like this....

You know what the difference between a

C5 Corvette and a Z06 Corvette is to most women? Not a thing!

Same goes for bikes... You know what the difference is between a Ninja 300 and a Ninja 636 to most women? Not a thing! The know it is a Ninja ...
