That can't be it.... cause then he would have never made it past 150cc
If I can't eat it, race it or sleep with it then whats the point?

Motorcycles are like women... once you ride one... you wanna ride em all.

33 years. 23 on the street. 3 yrs legal. I've churned thru 100+ bikes of all types of bikes (that's only like 3 per year, lol). I'm finally getting the hang of riding fast now that my age makes me forget all the risks involved.

Memorables: Honda ATC 185 on the beach in Galveston, circa 1981. First dirtbike 1983. First streetbike 1989. First new bike 1994. First "real" bike 2000. First mini race 2003. First track day 2003. First race bike 2004. First Mexico dual sport trip 2009. First race weekend with my son 2011. First CMRA podium 2012...... First CMRA novice championship 2013. First expert weekend 2014. First AMA podium 2015. First Motogp win 2025. I hope to keep getting better at this with age...
Faster and Faster, Slowly! BRAWP it like its hot, BRAWP it like its hot.

<---- 1975... I bought my first street bike, the Honda CB350, it was my daily rider, my only transportation and I put many miles on it. Since then, I have owned many bikes and put on countless miles.
I rode on the dirt before that though.
So 37yrs. riding in Houston traffic, couple crashes :/, one miracle, and lots of tickets later, I'm still enjoying the ride.

The most enjoyable memories I have, are from teaching, supporting and watching my son race in the CMRA and seeing all the camaraderie in the pits and professionalism of the racers,... which is so unlike the street talk. (bigger, better, faster, stronger)

I have lots of experience with motorcycles, and still learning too.
if I was to give any advise for the lesser experienced riders, it would be to keep your bike properly maintained and keep good rubber on the ground, dont play in street, you will pay, one way or another... and Helmets are good!
