Well, don't get what you are asking.

What should you do in what aspect ; expose them, kick their , file a complaint, take them to court or take your bike back till they do right by you??

If you ha e truly already tried resolving it with the owner manager and they refuse to help just like you say and you have evidence to back it up.

Why not say who it is?

Not sure what you're asking, again.

I say, just take it to the dealer or Motorcycles Unlimited and heve it all fixed then sue the bad shop for the repairs.

It may be a tough case, and the total amouht you are after may be more then what small claims will handle.

if i say who it is openly on this forum and theyre a sponsor, the moderators will delete it quickly. im trying to share my experience with people so if theyd like to know who the shop is to ask for a PM. the last 3 calls ive made to the shop asking to speak to the owner ended up with me never speaking to them and getting hung up on. all of this over me bashing them on MY PERSONAL FACEBOOK

Last I read the mods said that if there was something like this that happened with a sponsor they would allow it, as long as you ha e proof that you tried resolving it with the sponsor and they just still ignored you and didn't want to resolve it.

You are already starting it, so just go ahead and finish it if they truly just tried to screw you or did you wrong...

I agree with you as a customer.

He only took like 2 or 3 weeks to get my bike fixed but because of what he does and how he does it is why he will have my respect.

I think things are been handle a little on the angry side.

I know if I was in your shoes I would also be .

this is one of the reasons why I like working on my own bike and when I dont have the time and I do have the money I drop my bike off and forget about it.. this should not be the way to do busines but thats just me becasue I work in the service department AND I know what it takes.

I think the fact that it was taking forever for them to finish your bike and making you get off at them and blasting them on FB took things the wrong way..

Hope the best for you.

Deal with the owner.. Hope he make right by it. I told you who that was and you know who that is.. take a trip to his place and talk to him 1 on 1. see what he can do for you. Good luck!
