On my old CBR 900RR I shortened my headers and had a morosso spiral flow muffler tucked up underneath it sounded like a 2 brothers racing exhuast but louder WAY louder always got compliments on it.

I was surprised how many buells use car mufflers once i started looking around. They sound great. I still fight the urge to buy one... one day.

There's been a few 650r with car mufflers... some look/sound good... some are pretty redneck.

That sounds legit! What's the displacement on the motor?

I wonder how hard it would be to do this with my tl1000?

that's not my buell, the one in the video is using a single in, single out oval body magnaflow. mine is the one in the pictures. it is using a single in, dual out oval body magnaflow. both are stainless, mine is powder coated satin black.

lol... believe me... I've looked at the thread a couple times. Even when you first posted the gauging interest thread.
Pretty close to the exact bike I want.

Price is right... mileage is a little high (because I'll be racking up a ton on top of that). And not sure if I want the 9 or 12.

It would be a great 2nd bike (keep mileage on my 650r)... just not in the situation for 2 bikes right now.
