o ok.. i c now.. my gauges were 5050 smd LED's.. so had to pull them out and resolder the new ones in. i may try this for the tach. around the rim so the light from the LCD doesn't leak into the tachometer.

yes, but my setup took me bout 10 minutes to do and i did not have to remove the needles like OP did.

Yeah. Removing the needles was lame. But I'm close on my speedo, tach is nearly right on. Have a buddy who is auto/electric mechanic. He's gonna help me get it right on for true zero.
