I have a small truck but as most old guys would say "I am too old for this".

You got gloves, boots, helmets, and what is left is just a suit. You shouldn't have any problems finding a suit your size.

Come over to the darkside Buddhaman. You are sensible enough on the street and you should be fine on track.

show me a sunday trackday, and i'm there.

msrh is the only one that lands on all saturdays. the others have a few on saturdays, but not many. most of them land on mondays or fridays.

I was reading the latest news update on Grandsport Speedway's site last week. Said they were behind schedule due to weather. And there was no talk of paving or any pics of pavement. Don't think there will be a 3-3 trackday there. Better plan on MSRH that Saturday.

There are huge awnings in a single row (enough for all of the track riders to fit under plus extra room) with power for generators/warmers/etc. Not water proof, but keeps the sun off of you. Nicer facilities over all and lunch is free!

it seemed pretty water proof to me when the rain was comin down hard on the 1/27 :dontknow:

i think the facilities seem a lot nicer than TWS (Texas World Speedway).

A tight mesh that will only let in a very very fine mist when it it raining, you can stand under it in the rain and not get wet, what you will see is the wetness on the concrete.

it's not completely water proof...but it's close (blocks most of the rain xcept for a light mist/occasional drops). It is a mesh, yes. And Tony's right, facilities are much nicer than TWS (Texas World Speedway).
