schools open, traffic chaos goes up a notch
Please note that most Houston area schools and colleges have started. School zones are active on 20 mph with lots of enforcement. Traffic to and from work has gotten more chaotic and volumes have increased. So, please be careful out there!
Nothing is more hazardous than a off mommy picking up her elementary aged kids stuck in a school zone while on her cell phone and fixing her makeup. Sugar Land police have some really sneaky hiding spots and unmarked cars around Clements HS and surrounding middle and elementary schools: so don't even think about blowing through there.
