I do not have my CHL (not legal to have one until may 2013 for a little ole misdemeanor) but lets say I want to take a pistola and a shotty/rifle to the range and my bike is the mode of transportation chosen. Holster it and ride, case it and strap it to the rear seat, rifle over the shoulder?

This is mere curiosity and I am not seeking any legal advice, just curious how LEO's see this
The "C" in CHL means concealed. The definition:

1. Keep from sight; hide.
2. Keep (something) secret; prevent from being known or noticed

It's not illegal to display a long gun (rifle, shotgun)

You're not smart enough to carry if you don't know that handguns have to be concealed. There's no open carry for handguns in Texas, it's common sense. Why the would anyone bother to get a CHL?

As far as i know, they can see the hard line through your shirt and know that you got one tucked, its only a strike when they actually "SEE in PLAIN SIGHT" as the gun itself. Correct me if I'm wrong. Atleast thats what i was told.

Was that legal? Just be happy i didnt kill the guy. Cause i dont give 2 about low lifes.
you don't feel like killing today, I say you keep it out of sight or have a good attorney arranged. because that low life didnt have money to buy ciggs, he sure wont let a chance slip by to own a truck like yours.

You really should learn to shoot pistol with both hands

and practice with your gloves on at least once

there's something called the "parking lot rule" i learned about in a chl class. If you can leave it in the vehicle, and someone can get to it without breaking a lock, it's not lawful carry. IE, if it's in a tankbag or saddle bag that simply zips open or closed, and can easily be removed from the bike, it's not lawful. If you have a touring bike with a million lockable compartments that are a part of the vehicle, then you can lawfully carry in there without a CHL.
