Yep; +7.
Good luck finding a place to stay, unless you have friends in Austin.

At the motogp paid $300 a night in monterey 2 years ago for a top shelf hotel on the bay. You can't get a Super 8 in Austin or anywhere around for under $350!:bang head: I imposed on my Niece.. San Antonio still has reasonable rooms but over an hour drive.

I'll be there. Staying with TonyT915's gf. So glad I didn't have to fork over crazy money for a hotel room.

That's why they're using shuttle buses. No private cars unless a special parking pass is bought and from what I hear.....they are expensive!

Bought a psl. They said if i want the parking it will probably be between $150-$250 for an annual parking pass We will likely shuttle as well. Since my PSL will be in turn 15 stands, I'll probably end up with a couple of turn 12 grandstand seats for sale.

We were hoping they would have camping like some other races. Maybe in the future.

I'll be there. Not sure where I'm staying either.

Sleep in the car at a rest stop I suppose...?

Yea, they'll probably announce "No Camping" this year because the infrastructure isn't ready yet! But I hope I'm wrong.

Traffic in & out will be the big issue. I hope they get it right.

Until I hear otherwise, it's an apartment in town and the shuttle bus to the race.

The organizers need to spend a week at Le Mans and see what the camping atmosphere adds to the race!
