99 south of Hwy 90 in Ft. Bend...
Riding this road recently I found the numerous construction trucks have coated the southbound lanes with dirt and sporadic gravel. Any rain (predicted this week) will make the road treacherous. The road twists and turns with narrow lanes due to the construction. Gravel is found at the intersection with Hwy 59 and light--be careful out there!
