Rider Down 5/27

Happened around 12:20pm on Fairbanks N Houston. The bike was in the right lane when a car pulled out in front of him from a side street, causing him to move to the left hand lane. He clears the car that cut him off, then looks back at the driver, probably to them out. Not sure what happened next because traffic was blocking my view, but I then heard a crash. The SUV he hit was not the car that initially cut him off, that car did not stop. The rider seemed to be okay. He was a little dazed in the beginning, not know what happened or if anyone was with him. Nothing seemed broken. We did notify his wife whom he is speaking to in the picture. The guy in blue who also rides, called 911 and probably stayed with him until ambulance arrived. I left after determining that he was okay. He was riding a bimmer. I'm posting this to remind everyone to always pay attention to the road. It seemed his attention was momentarily diverted prior to impact.
