Rear seat removal

Hey guys So I've been wanting to take the cowl Off the rear and add on an actual seat. But the only problem is that when I insert the key and twist it. It won't move. Im not sure if it's stuck or maybe it's a diff set of key for the back but I don't want to twist it too much that it would break my key. Any ideas on what I could do?
I've tried putting some wd-40 To maybe loosen whatever is stuck but no luck. Do you guys have any ideas? Thank you in advance
