Added another bike to the collection

Just bought a 2003 ZZR 1200 with 8500 miles . what kinda of upgrade should I do to it. Right now it has a full micron exhaust and a steering dampner. got a great deal on it, now to start on installing aftermarket stuff. any ideas, or good places to get parts for this thing other than ebay?
