Help buying cell phone

I am looking for a new cell phone. My question has anyone ever bought one off E-Bay. I am looking at the Nokia 7360 but I'm not sure of the quality and the compabatility of the phne in our market area. They all claim to work with T-Mobile Any input would be great. Thanks In advance..

I have a Samsung T-509 its for T-mobile if you want to buy it? It's in perfect condition. But you can UNLOCK it for another service at any place where they sale cell phones.http://i107.photobucket.com/albums/m...ey281/t509.jpg

I bought my phone from ebay. I got the A900 (blade) from sprint when it first came out. I got it from a guy here in Houston that agreed to let me pick it up. I havent had any problems with mine.
