i checked out the link and it says 486 miles yet it says that he just changed oil & clutch?? Here is what the ad read...

Adult (55+) Owned
Full Yoshimura TRS header and single exhaust
Factory exhaust, pillion pad, passenger pegs, and rear stand included.
Also have size Medium "Hayabusa" helmet in red and AGVsport "Hayabusa" jacket in Large-ish, and small Joe Rocket magnetic tank bag

486 miles
I just changed the oil and clutch/brake fluids. Original Bridgestone BattleAxe tires.

And OHMYGAWD it's fast.

Maybe because it sat around for so long. I mean a 2005 with less than 500 mi obviously never got ridden so perhaps it was a courtesy to the potential buyer.

read the ad again - he said he changed out the oil and clutch/brake fluids

which should have been done after all those years. A nice looking, low mileage bike for sure.

My customer is roughly 60 Years of age and has a lot of hobbies. This is his second Busa and decided to quit riding

You're looking at it wrong. You can double the spring pressure and still operate it. It still sucks in traffic but its better than a cable clutch would be.
