Thanks, guys!

Well, the /6 is a constant save-build restoration venture that's spanning a few years and will eventually go back into my father's possession. Locating parts is the deal with that. The 5.0 motor is currently out getting overhauled, but it's a nice weekend cruiser that I'm gonna finish the swap in about 3 weeks. The Ranger has been my faithful DD.

I'm near 290 & 610. You?

Great choice on the bike, I too have an 05 500r LOVE it. great on gas, cheap on insurance and comfy like a caddy. I have taken it on several hill country rides. Im also thinking about putting together a 250/500 ride soon.

Cool. Talked to them. Install = $700. I'll try and get it done on Monday.

How long have you had your '05? I have read that many enthusiasts still enjoy their 250/500's after several years, if not for life.

I'm looking forward to 60 mpg, and a fun ride. I should get a good insurance rate since my record is minimal, its been a few years since my car wreck, and I'm 28 years old.

Put me down for the next ride, or dinner get together.

Here's our Marble Falls runs a few years back...
