Off season build.

Well lets see what kind of damage I can do to the old piggy bank in 7 weeks. I recently bought Gabe's 07 R1(thanks for the deal Gabe) but she needs a tad bit of work to make it "race" ready.

She started off like this

Well...broke her down for a good scrubbing and so I can get the plastics re-painted. While she was nekkid I put on some GB Racing covers(thanks Tom Anderson for bad deal) and replaced the sparkplugs. Air filter looked brand new so not going to replace that just yet(other things I plan on spending $ on first)

Now....here is what to come.

SS front lines with Vesrah SRJL's
RaceTech front forks
Olhins/Penske rear...havent decided yet
525 conversion chain/sprocket
Flash the ECU
Keyless gas cap
Rearsets...still debating on which ones
Switch over to GP shift with stand alone quick shifter

And finally some new shoes.

Stay tuned for some pics of what my wife calls a waste of $.
