Cafe build

I just picked up a old indian dirt bike and was toying with the idea of replacing the original 125 with a bigger motor, preferably a single or 2 cylinder. Im new to Houston and don't know the area that well and was just curious where some old scrap/salvage yards are for bikes? I'd like to go try and pick up some missing parts or a motor/tranny to swap in the bike. Hopefully get it tagged and be able to ride it around town.
