in search of youth gear and boots!!!!

hello to everybody! my son is just starting out and is only 4 yrs old. i wish to buy him some good riding boots and gear but do not wish to pay new prices. he grows out of everything way too fast. any suggestions on where i might be able to find good used or cheap riding gear for his size? he would be youth size 1 or 2 boots.
