Do yourself a favor and go try them on. I was fond of them and when i tried them on it did not fit my mug. I ended up with a shark, it was the most comfortable to me.

I usually wear a medium but I have a suomy helmet and they run small so I wear a large in it. Most people I have talked to that have it say the same thing. The first one I bought i got a medium because i wore that in other helmets and it was extremely tight.
MAN hold up....i got too much lean in my cup!!!

Yup. I wear a suomy also and they definitely run smaller. If you are ordering online I'd try getting the next larger size from what you usually wear. But if you can I'd try on one locally first. It's not the general size that makes helmets fit well but the shell shape in relation to your head shape.

It runs smaller but I usually wear a med so I stuck with med with Suomy. It was really tight at first but now it's worn in very nicely. Also Suomy are super light!
