Streets already feel safer with that scum off the street.

I'm sure he'll be in and out of jail, and move on to more and more violent crimes. Hopefully someone puts this dog down before he really hurts someone.

Not saying this is necessarily the case but if he had been probation for pos. of a cont. substance he could have it revoked and he be jailed if the state assumed he had broken another law and they're waiting to file whatever other mischief/vandalism/destruction charges later.

I was curious how that worked but it sounds like you hit the nail on the head.

I hope they throw the book at him. He didn't "harm" people (except maybe the homeless guy) so I don't expect him to spend too much time behind bars.
