Post Dirtbike fork protectors?

I've been thinking of throwing some of these on the Z1000, has anyone done it, or checked it out?

I'd need to trim them to fit with the front fender, or just ditch the fender.

Any ideas? If anyone has a set laying around taking up space, name a price and I'll take 'em off your hands!
