Run your plate wherever you want, but unless it's in the factory location, don't come crying to the board when a LEO "harasses" you.

What is the law concerning turn signals? Do you only need a headlight and brake light to be street legal? I don't remember.

what people said before was that if you had turn signals they all had to work or you could have none and use hand signals, but I'm pretty sure if your bike came with them then you should still have them.
