lookin good

i've been wanting to powdercoat mine gold, same color as the forks, as soon as it's time for new tires. how much does pc'ing usually go for?

Just an FYI, several years ago a friend of mine had a small cover down by the countershaft sprocket, powder coated black, because the original paint had gone bad. He had it done somewhere else (Scooter wasn't in the business at the time)
He had to pay $125, they said that was their minimum charge.
Compare that to Scooter doin' whole rims in cool colors for so much less...

single color like white etc is 80 each rim, gold is a smidgen more because of the clear coat needed, at 100 each rim.

those white rims will blind you in the sunlight, they are crisp :-)

I do custom bikes and paint so everything that goes through my shop has to look top notch. i send everything needing powdercoat to tim because he is the best of the best. take a look at his website. the pictures of things he's done on there will blow you away.
