This young man was wearing headphones, riding in blind spots, and following much too closely to the vehicle in front of him. I hope he learns how to ride well soon.

Those aren't hub caps. They are wire spoked rims and they are hidious. Those rims cost more than the car.

No way those wires are part of the rim. They are tacky hub caps and provide no structure to the wheel. One quick smack with a hammer and they will fall right off.

But it is pretty stupid looking.

They are not hub caps. There are weight bearing spokes between the rim and the hub. The spokes that stick out are not weight bearing but I can assure you its not a hub cap. Google super pokes

It's just retarded what they go for. beat up shop sets with beat up "tyres" are 2k and up

They had like four sets last time I was browsing tools at the one by the house.
