You could inform them they are asking too much. Then you could inform them of the FMV. You could then keep it out of for sale ads here. Just an idea.

Ouch! That's cold man, cold.. I've learned my wrongs by the multiple emails from moderators. No more thread jacking.. But since you brought it up, the usual FMV for a standard payoff in Mexico is 200 pesos or approx.$20 US dollars, 1000 pesos or approx. $100 US is too high. Just sayin..

When we were driving back from Mexico (about a caravan of 4 cars). Our lead car was a bit infront of us and a "cop" car flagged them down using a flashlight out the window. It took a while for them to stop, when they finally did, the cop was trying to give them about not stopping for him. He explained that he didn't think he was legit or did anything to be stopped. The cop tried getting all "well, Ima take you to jail" with him. that's when the rest of us (three other cars about 10 guys) pulled up and asked what the problem was. Our family member explained what happened, and the tables turned, WE started asking all the questions. So the "cops" decided that there was no harm done and that they could leave...... Weird, how that happened

Nah, its just that I'm in business and sometimes I get stuck thinking percentages. I also do a lot of freelance buying and selling. Sometimes when I see things like that its like second nature to help or assess. But I won't do that anymore, if anyone wants to know what something is worth or FMV they can PM me. : rofl:
