My accidental weekend road trip..

Well it started out as a simple ride up beltway 8 to 249 and up to F.m.149/1488 to watch my daughter compete in a swim meet at Magnolia High School. My plan was to run by Motorcycles Unlimited on 1960 and 45 to sort the suspension of 'ol blue..(ridin' a little rough)..well that was the plan....I somehow went west on 1488 insted of east and ended all the way in Hempstead and drove back via 290/610 back to the Galleria. I kinda knew I was way off course but really did not care cause it was acctually a nice ride through some nice countryside. Nice smooth roads, lite traffic, and some nice curves as well. Well 290 and 610 sucked due to the gusty wind, numb from not being used to such a "long" ride. The SV1000 v-twin can get a little buzzy around 5000 RPM's on the freeway in 6th gear so my hands were a little numb as well, but all in all not a bad day of getting lost after all was said and done. I need to plan getting lost more often!

Lol, it's nice to do some exploring on a bike. It's a bummer to get lost in a car though.
