I'll bet his family got big money from the county for that one. even though the guy was resisting arrest and having to have 8 cops hold him. With a jury of "todays" people, they will find all the cops guilty and pay up.

Like the border Patrol agents who recently chased a van of illegals, Arizona I think, the van flipped, killed one and now the BP agents are in jail for manslaughter. f ucked up society we have that allows this.

I'm sorry but I think it's excessive (sp) force in officers part. How the **** can you tazer someone for so long and watch him die? ever heard of pepper spray? I don't know..that's just my opinion.

well, I do have to agree also, there was a lot of direct tazering going on right to his heart area. the guy was just holding it there over and over.
In the heat of the moment, who am I to critique, the guy was going nuts and thye felt it neccesary I guess.
It worked, the guy quit struggling

they're police officers, they're trained for this . This "heat of the moment" should never happened. This video is bad news.

i was being sarcastic. there was clearly gross negligence if not murder in that video. couldn't you hear the man screaming "don't kill me, man". he was an epileptic and was convulsing. the cop who tazered him is a complete ****ing idiot no doubt. **** textbook, there was 20 of them and he was complying the whole time.

i forgot, there's a bit of article with it. and yes, he was epileptic.

Grim video of an epileptic Georgia man who suffered a fatal heart attack after
being tasered five times in 60 seconds while resisting Gwinnett County
Sheriff Deputies restraining him in a chair while handcuffing his
wrists and shackling his feet.

The last words of Frederick Williams, 31 "Don't kill me, man! Don't
kill me!" are soon followed by a deputy asking, "Do you want another
one?" as a taser is repeatedly fired into his convulsing body.

The Georgia deputies had brought him to their county jail after his
wife, Yanga, called 911 to say her husband had become violent after
failing to take his epilepsy medication. A grand jury who refused to
view the videotape declined recommending indictment charges against
the deputies. A police investigation into his death also cleared the
deputies of criminal liability.

i mean, seriously. look at the cop holding directly on his heart as he is clearly unconscious, convulsing from his epilepsy/being shocked. either this cop is SEVERELY retarded or he's a murderer and should get what he deserves.

Just to clear this up, since the writer of the mentioned article either does not know or has another agenda. Epilepsy is not a medical condition that causes violent behavior. Epileptic events can range from simply a trance like state to sudden blackouts (losing consciousness) to severe convulsions. The Epileptic victim can not speak nor has any use of faculties during the event. I'm not saying the cops wern't at fault for his death (it's too hard to tell in that video imo), that dude was clearly not having an Epileptic attack when he screamed "don't kill me man"; more likely Paraniod Schitzo. & resisting arrest.
Sad way to go. RIP

the guy resisted then prolly stopped, who knows, you couldnt resist resisting cuz of the epilepsy, u cant stop ur self from having a seizure once it has already started , i know he coulda took the meducation but didnt, shouldnt the 911 operator tell the cops on the scene that the guy has epilespy attacks, did they listen, IMO sounds like a long line of mistakes on both sides but now someones dead,,,,,,,RIP
