Maybe someone will step up and open a real Aprilia dealership in Houston now.

bummer is it doesn't look like Mancuso is taking Aprilia with them, so it will HAVE to be someone else. I was at the Mancuso SW store buying a bike last Wednesday and heard about this.

Mancuso is on a buying spree and looking to gain Houston market domination.

I had a bad experience with mancuso. Don't know how it works at there other dealers. When I bought my buell I financed with harley. I gave mancuso my info and they ran it and they called me back with my interest rate I said ok, but they would not come down on the price on the 1125r and match the deal that goes was gonna give. I wanted to do business with mancuso cause I already bought one bike from and service was excellent. Well they wouldn't come down on price. They said I had to get deal in writng from goes I tried and in proccess I ran my info at goes and both companies used harley credit. Well goes called me back and they told me my interest rate and I was shocked cause it was 3 percent lower. I ask how is that and they said some companies tell there customer is higher so they can make more of a profit some how or a kick back or something. I called mancuso about it and told what's the deal and they told me well is called our company uses takes the credit report from different one of the three big credit companies. So whatever I went to goes got a good and won't go back to mancuso. I don't know how every mancuso works but the one that I went to does this

In short, they tried to make extra money out of the financing on top of the profit of selling a bike. That's not something new or uncommon. Just do your homework before getting to the dealer asking for a loan next time...

Most of them do this along with tacking on extra dollars on the setup fees, freight, etc. Some places offer better deals than others that's all.

Yeah, that's one of the reason I got mine used with 2k miles from a private party.

Getting back to the topic let's hope that the new dealership will focus on making profit by selling large volumes of bikes at good prices rather thann selling a few and overpriced ...

Small market, and AF1 is so good most people looking for an Aprilia will make the drive.

It seems that anyone with an aprilia is going to SA to buy from there anyway. I've yet to run into anyone with an ape that's purchased it from eximport.

Mancuso SW, FTW

I bought a new 08 zx14 from them
traded it for the 09zx6r (race donation),
then bought the 09zx10r for me,
easy working with them, no rip-offs, no bs, great service.

plus, I see them at the track, supporting fellow riders
A+

normal business practice in vehicle sales. The consumer has to do homework

AF1 is the chit, every dealer could take a lesson from them, I would buy an Aprilia from them just for the good experiences

So how does one do there homework for something like what happen to me. Do I just ask them and expect them to tell me the truth or do I come on here and ask around to see if mancuso is a good place to buy from like I did. Just wondering someone asked a question and I gave a reply, and I get blamed.
