That's a of a lot for an ECU and a slip on. If it's right it shows how much they de-tune it from the factory.

Sounds about right.

There's a pretty good write up on ZX-10R.net, about how de-tuned the US models are.

You can buy the factory race ECU from Kawasaki,drop in a free flow air filter and a good pipe, whip out the dell and give it a quick tune, and easily gain another 25 HP.
