250r throttle

ok how do i adjust this throttle tension? its got major floppage in it and it needs to be 0 slack so how do i adjust it to be so? i messed around on the 2 screw things behind the grip but it doesnt seem to move any significant distance. gotta peel this thing all the way back to get anywhere and the slack is getting annoying.

its the '09.
