Possibly relocation

Hi All, I just wanted to Hi to everyone here first. Second, how is the roads for riding down here? Are there any good roads with tight and sweeping turns? Any tracks that you can rent as a group? How about some kind of "cruise night" where a bunch of guys or girls with thier sportbike gather to hang out and talk and network. I currently live in Northern PA, 2 miles for the NY border and up here, we have a lot of Beautiful roads that are twisty and turny. Infat, Watkins Glen is only anout 45 minutes from us and a bunch of us rent out the track at least 5 times a year. Is there anything like that around here? If you guys can let me know, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!
Oh, more thing, how much is it to register a car and a bike down here too? Thanks!
