and abt a young guy having a mature head, i dont think age should be a big factor. it should be based more on passing certain tests, courses, trainings etc..anyway who am i to think abt all this.. chilllaxxxxx

A bigger bike is only gonna get you past the speed limit quicker. Even a Ninja250 will do any speed limit in Texas. Some "youngins" may have been riding bikes all their life but that doesn't mean that they're ready to be out in traffic on a rocket.
