let me let you in a little secret. they dont have to ride your bike. you can designate who you be covered under the policy. the question they will ask is "will they be riding the motorcycle?" you give them the answer you want to give. be open to suggestions and quit being hard headed. i pay roughly 4500/yr to have full coverage on an 04' acura mdx, 05 honda civic coupe, 07 accord v6 6speed and an 07 r6. i have plenty of tickets and a dwi from 2003. ask your parents and see if they will allow you to be covered under their insurance. also if you are a student most insurance will give you discounts for good grades. oh and quit driving crazy. you cant afford to be a jackass on the street.
its safer to fear those things that might do bodily harm; I say it's safer to own those things that might to bodily harm and use them to keep you safer.
