i would do exhaust first... do some research and see what they say about intake ( on my 6.0 they say it doesnt make much difference but i got it anyway) then gauges, and then programmer.

Thats what im looking at doing either exhuast first or nice rim/tire setup... A guy has gauges for 200 in houston... I became a member of the powerstroke.org and see some rim/tires going for a pretty good price

Really turbo back exhaust, tuner and gauges, and a cold air intake is about all you need. Probably have it all for around 1300 - 1500

on my old f250 i had analog gauges. they were a pain. on my excursion i have the edge insight. its NOT a tuner but just digital gauges. they are a lot more acurate, read a lot more paramaters, and can even give you warnings in case you're not keeping your eye on the gauges. plus it pretty much plugs in besides the egt probe which you still have to drill and tap the exhuast manifold.

the analog gauges you have to wire the lighting, boost gauge, trans temp probe, and do the probe for the egt in the manifold

So what will be the major difference between getting a turbo back exhaust and cutting out the muffler???? Did i miss it?
