MSRH w/data acquisition

Here is the first video with the new brake pressure sensor and throttle position sensor. The TPS needs some additional adjustment. You'll see that once the throttle goes past 60%, the throttle reading gets weird.

The brake pressure sensor output was a little surprising. It's a 1500 psi sensor, a standard for brake circuits. Sitting in the garage squeezing the lever with one finger, it's easy to generate 350 to 400 psi. With two fingers, it's about double. What's surprising is that on track, peak brake pressure is 170 psi and that only happens a few times. Typically, it's 140 PSI at the brake marker.

I would have never guessed that I really don't squeeze the lever that hard. I guess once the pads and rotors are hot, you don't need to.

Anyway, the throttle is accurate up to 60% then goes wacky. Brake sensor appears to be working properly.

The video is 720x480 and will clean up as it goes through final processing.
