08 CBR1000RR Flapper/exhaust mods

So after doing alot of looking up and studying, I finally did the flapper mod and exhaust mod for my 08 CBR1000RR. I haven't did the dyno yet, but might in the near future. From the other threads, it don't look like it is much of a performance mod as more for sound and smoothness. Long story short, it was a pain but well worth it. Made the sound deeper and the throttle response smoother. Before the mod, the sound was very quite and had no tone really.

The throttle was kinda hesitant at first when taking off, but now feels smoother. I would type all that I did, but will put a link at the bottom to another fourm (hope that is ok) and let that explain the details. Overall very happy with the outcome, plus now can hide my HID ballast. If you don't have the money for a new exhaust and want better deeper sound from your stock exhaust, this is a must. Hope this helps
