contact number for suomy?

Piece O spec1r extreme has another defect. The hi def coating on the windscreen is peeling off. Already had to cal once cause when I first received the lip one of the snaps for the cheek pad was broken. After about a week of research I finally got Don schmidt's number and he was awesome and took care of everything. Well that sob decided to quit a recently and now I'm back to not knowing how to contact Suomy. Anyone have a customer service number for suomy USA? I will never buy another Suomy lid, doesn't matter how nice and comfortable it is..

All my Soumy shields do the same. Use water to clean them.

Well finally found Don's replacement. At the moment they don't have any inventory but he said in 2 weeks he will be able to help. If anyone wants his info shoot me a pm. He seems like a good guy so far, but its not like we really have another choice.

Interestingly Don didn't work for SuomyUSA apprently. He worked directly for Suomy.

All my Suomy visors have delamed I still love the helmet and only by Suomy.

I believe Suomy USA went out of business at one point, and they were cancelling their customer service. I will try to dig up the thread.

Their website gets redirected to some marketing group. Any warantee should be handled by whomever you purchased the visor.

yes, Suomy USA was shut down several years ago and just Donnie was left to take care of things, a few weeks ago he left to work for another company that deals with offroad safety or something like that. Now a man name chad takes care of Suomy customers. Ive already talked to him and I just have to wait till Suomy send him inventory for warranty work. He said I can send in my visor and he will send a new back in about 2 weeks
